RESOLUTION NO. 6814
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SR-483
SR-483, SR-484 AND SR-485 SR-484 AND SR-485
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of March, 1949 , the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-483,
SR-484 and SR-485� Districts SR-483, SR-484 and SR-485,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such ir_iprovemerts and estimates cf the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a nctice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 16th day of March,
1949, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolutions ordering said improvements.
