EVALUATION COMMITTEE MEETING FOR MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF
STREET MARKETS PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 67-01102
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to update the Mayor_ and City Commission on
the RFP for operation of the street markets on Espanola Way, Lincoln Road and
Normandy Isles.
The Evaluation Committee met on Tuesday, February 11,2003 to review Espanola Way
and Normandy Village. The results of this meeting along with my recommendation to you
will be presented via Commission Memorandum.
A meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, February 27, 2003 in the first floor
conference room for presentations for the Lincoln Road market. The schedule is as
follows:
Lincoln Road
1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. public comments for Lincoln Road
2:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. bidder's presentation for Lincoln Road
4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. deliberation of evaluation committee
If you have any comments or questions regarding the above subject RFP, please note that
the City's Cone of Silence is still in place. Therefore, your comments and questions should
be in writing with a copy to the City Clerk's office.
