Resolution 7102 RESOLUTION NO. 7102
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
Florida, deems it to be necessary to increase to ninety (90)
feet the width of that portion of Indian Creek Drive adjacent
on the East to Lots Eleven (1.1) to Forty (40) , inclusive, of
Block Three (3) of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, according
to the Amended Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, at page
28, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, in order to increase the width of said Indian
Creek Drive as aforesaid it will be necessary to acquire an
easement over a strip of land off the east side of said Lots
Eleven (11) to Forty (40) , inclusive, from the owners thereof,
and
WHEREAS, several of said owners have indicated their
willingness to deliver to said City, deeds of dedication in
consideration of the covenants on the part of the City contained
in agreements heretofore prepared by the City Attorney and exe-
cuted by said owners, with the terms of which said agreements the
said City Council is familiar, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best in-
terest of said City to acquire saidieasements on the terms and in
the manner set forth in said agreements.
NOJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute in the name of and
on behalf of said City, each of the following agreements, to-wit:
1. Agreement dated November 9, 1949, heretofore executed
by Wolf Muller and others as to Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12)
of Block Three (3) of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, according
to Amended Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, at page 28,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
2. Agreement dated January 10, 1950, heretofore executed
by A. Frank Katzentine and wife, as to Lots Thirteen (13) , Fourteen
(14) , Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) of Block Three (3) of said
Subdivision.
3 . Agreement dated January 9, 1950, heretofore executed by
Leah Swede Steinfeldt as to Lots Twenty-two (22) and Twenty-three
(23) of said block and subdivision.
4. Agreement dated November 9, 1949, heretofore executed
by Jordan H.Davidson and another as to Lot Twenty-five (25) less
the south twenty-five (25) feet thereof, of said block and sub-
division.
5. Agreement dated January 3 , 1950, heretofore executed
by Norman Rauch and wife, as to Lots Twenty-six (26) and Twenty-
seven (27) of said block and subdivision.
6. Agreement dated November 16, 1949, heretofore executed
by Sigmund Drucker and others as to Lots Twenty-nine (29) and
Thirty (30) of said block and subdivision.
7. Agreement dated January 18, 1950, heretofore executed
by F. B. R. Holding Corp. , a Florida orporation, as to Lots Thirty-
one (31) and Thirty-two (32) of said block and subdivision.

8. Agreement dated November 29, 1949, heretofore executed
by Lillian Blumenfield and husband, as to Lots Thirty-six (36) and
Thirty-seven (37) of said block and subdivision.
9. Agreement dated November 29, 1949, heretofore executed
by E. L. Lockhart and others as to Lots Thirty-eight (38) and Thirty-
nine (39) of said block and subdivision.
10. Agreement dated December 30 1949 heretofore executed
by David Rott and others as to Lot Forty (40) of said block and sub-
division.
