BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-493 The laying underground of an eight (8)
inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and
necessary manholes and apnur tenance s.
At or near the easterly curb line of
Atlantic Way from a point at or near
the northerly line of lot three (3)
Block two (2) , Altos del Mar No. Two ( 2)
to a point at or near the southerly line
of Eighty-seven ch (87th) Street
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the
line of each fifty (50) feet of abutting
oronerty, as a Hart of the main improve-
ment.

As said Street, Way, Lot, Block and Sub-
division are shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book Four (4) , Page One Hundred Sixty-
Two (162) , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida; and as said Atlantic Way
and Eighty-Seventh (87th) Street are named
and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost tnereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
worx, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, aostracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
end work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-493, and the oronerty against
wnich assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-493.
