Resolution 7047 RESOLUTION NO. 7047 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and restrictions established and contained in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set forth, to-wit: To amend Section 5 of said ordinance so as to permit "Lodge halls" in "RE" Multiple-Family District; AND to amend Section 6 of said Ordinance so as to delete from the "BAA" Business District Item No. 4 "Lodge halls" . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby called to be held on the 23rd day of November, A. D. 1949, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendments. BE IT FURTH R RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by puplishing notice thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in ©onformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
