HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-328 Seventh (7th) Street from Meridian Avenue
to Pennsylvania Avenue to be paved, and
where heretofore paved to be repaved to a
width of Thirty-nine (39) feet with a
bituminous wearing surface on a ten (10)
inch rock .base, and improved on both sides
with a concrete curb and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer
inlets, manholes and catch basins.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on
Plat recorded in Plat Book Two (2) , Page
Eighty-one (81) of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said street
is named and designated in City of Miami
Beach Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-328, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District H-328.
