SEASON 1935 -6 MIAMI BEACH
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
SSC
/his booklet has but one purpose
It has been compiled to aid the discriminating visitor to Miami Beach in
locating and leasing satisfactory hotel or apartment accomodations.
It is not in any sense a "resort booklet" written to sell the lure and beauty of
the American Tropics. For the most part the copies of this edition will go into
the hands of people who have been spending their winters in Miami Beach for
years . . . visitors who know its charm, and who are interested primarily in
securing satisfactory living quarters.
The "KEY" is authentic, statistical, informative. It is endorsed by the Cham-
ber of Commerce of Miami Beach.
By a careful study of its pages, one may, with full confidence select a hotel or
an apartment for the entire season months before leaving the north.
The "KEY"does not recommend one building over another . . . it's only aim is
to furnish the visitor to Miami Beach with impartial and unbiased rental
data.
The reader will find that this official listing features the most exclusive prop-
erties in the choicest sections of the Beach.

AT THE PANCOAST
You have the ocean actually at your front door. There's the Cabana colony for graceful
and scientific loafing . . . there's the board walk with it's comfortable Deauville chairs,
and a spacious veranda overlooking a vista of sea and tropic verdure.
The Pancoast is the winter home of an established and congenial clientele. It's appeal
is elemental: sun, surf and warm sands, but it does not end there. The most sophisti-
cated will welcome its excellent appointments, cuisine and service.
It is advisable to make advance registrations. We suggest that you write or wire today.
