EVALUATION COMMITTEE MEETING FOR MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF
STREET MARKETS PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 67-01102

The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to update the Mayor and City Commission on
the RFP's for operation of the street markets on Espanola Way, Lincoln Road and
Normandy Isles.
A meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, 2003. The schedule is as
follows:
Espanola Way
2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. public comments for Espanola Way
2:45 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. bidder's presentation for Espanola Way
Normandy Village
5:00 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. public comments for Normandy Village
5:45p.m. until 6:15 p.m. bidder's presentation for Normandy Village
6:15 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. deliberation of evaluation committee
The Evaluation Committee's meeting to discuss Lincoln Road will be scheduled by the end
of this month.
