Dear Mr. Hoehn:
• Three yearn a fo WF p rchrk seri two York 1606 Central System
Air Coalitioners with 2--601P - '.,n tons compressors. Ad-
mittedly, . were sonewhnt skeptical of the p :rchn ie from
the standpoint of the inveatmen, being made, a;j well as the
fact that we were using two compressors instead of one con-
pressor, grit we had no way of determining whether or not it
would be n paying proposition since our initial investment
was high.
The return on this investment has proven to be quite phomonen..l.
After we advertise:1 the faet that wa had installed the latest in
proper air conditioning• eq•.ii.prnnt, we immediately started ntleing
a very decided amount of new faces in our hotel. It made u ; feel
very harpy to hear all the many fine comments our guests pave
us for making the hotel so comfortable.
Cur simmer trade has increased considerably, and we attribute
this solely to the fact that our m fern air conditioning oyit:om
has been silently magnetizing the many people who patronize our
hotel.
Your Hill York Service has been ex'ellent and our operating; costa
have been far less than we anticipated.
•
You rmy thank York Corporation for building such quality equipment,
and we assure you that it has indexed been a pleasure to ing a
York user.
Sincerely Yours,
RALEIGH IOTEL
