Resolution 7360 RESOLUTION NO. 7360
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
deems it to be necessary to increase the width of that portion of
Indian Creek Drive which lies adjacent to and on the east of Lots 13,
19, 20 and 21 of Block 3 of SECO D OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISI0 , according
to the amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, at page 28, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
WHEREAS in order to increase the width of Indian Creek Drive as
aforesaid it will be necessary to acquire an easement of a strip off the
east side of said land from the owners thereof, and
WHEREAS, the owners, A. ERNEST W00LF'il and BETTY JOOLFE, his wife,
HARRY MILLER and JEANNE MILLER, his wife, and LOUIS MILLER and DORA MILLR,
his wife, have indicated their willingness to deliver to said City a
Deed of Dedication in consideration of the covenants on the part of the
City contained in that certain agreement heretofore prepared by the City
Attorney, bearing date October 5th, 1950, together with an extension
agreement dated December 4th, 1950, both said agreement and extension
agreement having been executed heretofore by said owners and others,
with the terms of which said agreements the City Council is familiar,
and
'.JHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of
said City to acquire said easement on the terms and in the manner set
forth in said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement and said
extension agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
