BF IT RTSOLVED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BPACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to he made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
11-339 . Alley South of Everglades Concourse from Hue
Versailles to Bay Drive to be paved, and where
heretofore paved to be repaved to a width of
twenty (20) feetwith a bituminous wearing surface
on an eight (8) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins.
As said Alley, Concourse and Street are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-five (25)
at Page Sixty (60) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Everglades Concourse
is named and designated in Ordinance No. 538.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to !repare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
end estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District H-339, and is described
as follows:
All of the lets or parcels of land abutting on
the alley South of Everglades Concourse lying
between Rue Versailles and Bay Drive.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-339, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District H-339.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF December, A.D. 1950.
