SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the followincr described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-503 The laying underground of a fifteen (15) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and
appurtenances at or near the centerline of Hagen
Street from a point at or near the southerly curb
line of South Shore Drive to a point at or near the
northerly line produced easterly of Block Forty-nine
(L.9) , Normandy Golf Course Subdivision.
The laying underground of a twelve (12) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and ap-
purtenances at or near the centerline of Mitchell
Street from a point at or near the northerly curb
line of Fairway Drive to a point at or near the cen-
terline of North Shore Drive .
The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and appurten-
ances at or near the centerline of North Shore Drive
from a Point at or near the centerline of Vardon Street
to a point at or near the westerly line produced
northerly of Lot Nine (9) , Block Sixty-three ( 63) ,
Normandy Golf Course Subdivision, together with a
six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main
sewer to the line of each sixty ( 60) feet of abutting
property, as a part of the main improvement.
The laying underground of an eight (8 ) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and ap-
purtenances at or near the centerline of North Shore
Drive from a point at or near the northwesterly curb
line of Fairway Drive to a point at or near the cen-
terline of Vardon Street, and from a point at or near
the westerly line produced northerly of Lot i:`ine (9) ,
Block Sixty-three (63) to a point at or near the
southerly line produced easterly of Lot One (1) , Block
Sixty-five (65) , all in Normandy Golf Course Subdivision,
and also
At or near the centerline of South Shore Drive from
a point at or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive
to a point at or near the westerly line produced
northerly of Block Forty-six, Normandy Golf Course
Subdivision,
and also
At or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive from a
point at or near the centerline of South Shore Drive
to a point at or near the northerly line produced
easterly of Tract Forty-six A (46-A) Normandy Golf
Course Subdivision,
and also
At or near the centerline of Jones Street from a point
at or near the southerly curb line of South Shore Drive

to a point at or near the northerly line produced
easterly of Block Forty-eight (48) , Normandy Golf
Course Subdivision,
and also
At or near the centerline of Ray Street from a
point at or near the southerly curb line of South
Shore Drive to a point at or near the northerly
line produced easterly of Block Fifty-three (53) ,
Normandy Golf Course Subdivision, together with a
six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the
main sewer to each. sixty (60) feet of abutting
property as a part of the main improvement,
As said Streets, Drives, Tract, Lots, Blocks and
Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book Forty-four ( h ) at Page Sixty-two (62) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said i' provement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the exrenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications andestimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-503, and is des-
cribed as follows:
Lots 1 through 7, Block 46; Tract 46-A;
Lots 1 through 27, Block 58; Lots 1 through 24,
Block 59; Lots 1 through 18 and Lot 36, Block
60; Lots 1 through 18, Block 61; Lots 1 through
20, Block 62; Lots 1 through 22, Block 63; Lots
1 through 9, Block 64; Lots 1 through 14, Block
65; Lot 11, Block 48 ; Lots 1 and 27, Block 49;
Lots 1 and 17, Block 53; Lot 1, Block 56; all
in Normandy Golf Course Subdivision, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book h) ,
at Page 62, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-503, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-503.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF April, A.D. 1951.
