BE IT RESOLV'jD BY THE CITY COUflCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAiI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10000 o' clock A. M. ,
May 2 , A. D. 19 51 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May,
