SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-508 DISTRICT SR-508
WHEREAS , the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of July , 19 51 , ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-508 , District
SR-508 9 and the City Engineer has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment, and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
l 'th day of July 9 19 ~�_ , at the City Hall in said
City at 10: 00 o 'clock A. 11. 9 receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-508 9 District SR-504 be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and the City Council does hereby declare its
intention to levy a special assessment for the payment of the
costs and expenses of said improvement against the lands com-
prising said District SR-508 9 and for the purpose of ad-
vancing such costs and expenses, $ 3,360. 50 is hereby
appropriated from Current Fund Surplus, said Fund to be reim-
bursed from the proceeds of said special assessment, and the
City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with
such improvement with contract.
