RESOLUTION NO. 7818
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-510 SR-510
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-510 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances, at or near the
easterly curb line of Crespi Boulevard from
a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-
First (81st) Street to a point at or near
the northerly line produced westerly of Lot
One (1) , Block Ten (10) , Biscayne Beach Sub-
division; together with a six (6) inch terra
cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to
each fifty (50) feet of abutting property,
as part of the main improvement.
As said Boulevard, Street, Lot, Block and
Subdivision are shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book 1.44, at Page 67, of the Public
Records of Dade County , Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal s ,rvices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-510 and is
described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 10, Biscayne Beach Sub-
division, according to the Plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 14, at Page 67 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-510, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-510.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 30th DAY OF October, A.D. 1951.
