WHEREAS, JUDGE ROSEN has rendered a very distinguished service to his
community in our Municipal Court, serving with honor for three years as Associate
Judge, and an additional year with dignity and rare judgment as our Municipal Judge,

Bench, an enviable position amongst his fellow members of the legal profession, by
whom he was unanimously held in high esteem, and

in life, are now deprived of the care and guidance of loving parents; and as a token of
this expression the City Clerk is hereby instructed to see that a suitably prepared copy
1 of this resolution is presented to the bereaved ones.
