HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-363 H-363
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-363 Lincoln Road from a point at or near the
westerly line of Alton Road to a point
at or near the easterly line of James Avenue,
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to
be repaved, to a width of forty-nine ( .9)
feet with a bituminous wearing surface on
the existing rock base , and improved on both
sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Roads and Avenue are shown on plats
recorded in P1 ��s,� Six (6) , Pages Five (5) ,
Twenty-six (26) fihi ;'ee (33') and Thirty-four
(3)}.) ; Plat Book Nine (9) , Cage Sixty-nine (69) ,
Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Sixty-six (b6) ,
Plat Book Two (2) , Page Seventy-seven (77 ) , of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
as said James Avenue is named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services , abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District H-363, and is
described as follows:
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on
Lincoln Road and lying between Alton Road and
James Avenue.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-363, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H-363.
