RESOLUTION NO. 8159
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-162 DISTRICT SK-162
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 1952 , the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-162,
District SK-162
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice statin that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the9thday of November,
1954 at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution • ordering said improvement .
