Resolution 8189 RESOLUTION NO. 8189
IHEREAS, the City Council of the City of i.iiami . each
has been advised that James Carey Martin desires to lease the
premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium
for the purpose of a Concert (Ferrucci Tagliavini) on Jednesday,
February 11, 1953 ,
IHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and,
.h±EREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution of said lease agreement,
NNO.J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby author-
ized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December
A.D. 1952.
