Resolution 8304 RESOLUTION NO . 8304
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the Inter-Fraternity Council of the Univer-
sity of Miami, desires to lease the premises and facilities o.0
the Miami Beach Auditorium for the purpose of a dance on Saturday
evening, March 21st, 1953, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
