BE IT RESOLV: D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. 9 June
10th 9 A. D. 1953 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June,
A. D. 1953.
