Resolution 8462 RESOLUTION NO. 8462
'IHEREAS, the City Council of the ,Jity of Miami Beach
has been advised that Skating Vanities Co. desires to lease
the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium
for the presentation of "Hippodrome of 1954" from January
26 to 31, 1954, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City At-
torney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agree-
ment and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is here-
by authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms
and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, A.D. 1953.
