A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OgNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IivPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-352 DISTRICT H-352
WHEREAS , Highway Improvement H-352,
District H-352 , has been completed and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by the City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. i7. on October 21, A. D. ,
19 53, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of October,
A. D. 1953 .
