Resolution 8588 RESOLUTION NO . 8588
WHEREAS, St . Francis Hospital, Inc . , a Florida corpora-
tion, has, by written instrument, dedicated to the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation, and
to the public, for use as a means of ingress and egress to
and from an underpass for pedestrians, under and beneath the
surface of 63rd Street in said City, those parcels of land
situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida
bounded as follows, to-wit :
Beginning at a point which is thirteen (13)
feet westerly of the intersection of the
southerly line of West 63rd Street and the
easterly line of Allison Island; thence run
southerly along a line drawn at right angles
to said southerly line of West 63rd Street
for a distance of five (5) feet; thence run
westerly along a line parallel to the said
southerly line of West 63rd Street for a
distance of twenty-four (24) feet; thence
run northerly along a line drawn at right
angles to said southerly line of West 63rd
Street to its intersection with the said
southerly line of West 63rd Street; thence
run easterly along the said southerly line
of West 63rd Street to the point of beginning,
as said West 63rd Street is designated in an
instrument of dedication recorded in Deed
Book 965, Page 174 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida
and also that certain parcel of land situate, lying and being
in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, bounded as follows, to-
wit :
Beginning at a point which is ten and one-
half (10 1/2) feet westerly of the inter-
section of the northerly line of West 63rd
Street and the easterly line of Allison Island;
thence run northerly along a line drawn at right
angles to said northerly line of West 63rd Street
for a distance of ten (10) feet; thence run west-
erly along a line parallel to the said northerly
line of West 63rd Street for a distance of twenty-
six and one half (26 1/2) feet; thence run south-
erly along a line drawn at right angles to said
northerly line of West 63rd Street to its inter-
section with the said northerly line of West
63rd Street; thence run easterly along the said
northerly line of West 63rd Street to the point
of beginning, as said West 63rd Street is de-
signated in an instrument of dedication record-
ed in Deed Book 964, Page 174 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best
interest of said City to accept said dedication,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
an acceptance of said dedication in the name of and on be-
half of said City.
