HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-377 DISTRICT H-377
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-377 Byron Avenue from Seventy Third (73 ) Street to Seventy-
Fifth (75 ) Street to be paved, and where heretofore
paved to be repaved to a width of fifty (50) feet with
a bituminous wearing surface on a ten (10) inch rock
base , and improved on both sides with concrete curb and
gutter.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, manholes
and catch basins .
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on Plat recorded in
Plat Book Thirty-Four (34) at Page Four (4) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Avenue and
Streets are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and e stimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of such
improvement is hereby designated as District H-377, and is described as
follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting
on Byron Avenue and lying between Seventy-third
(73rd) Street and Seventy-fifth (75th) Street.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-377, and the property against which assess-
ments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as
District H-377.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D. 1955.
