HIGHWAY IMPROVEIMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI bF^-.OH,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement Js
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting _worth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-405 Eighty-Sixth (86) Street from Byron Avenue to Collins Avenue
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be repaved to a
width of Thirty-Nine (39( feet with a bituminous wearing
on a Ten (10) inch rock base, and improved on both
surface A
sides with concrete curb and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, manholes
and catch hasins .
As said Street and Avenues are shown on Plats recorded in
Plat Book Forty-Four 0)1 ) , Page Twenty-Five (25) , and
Plat Book Four (4) , Page One Hundred and Sixty-Two (162 )
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said Eighty-Sixth (86) Street is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the Preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
cation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,etc.,
and any other expenses necessary and Proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District H-405
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on Eighty-
Sixth (86) Street and lying between Byron Avenue and
Collins Avenue.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-405 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-405.
