HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BF^.CH,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvemelit i.s
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting _firth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of tie Ci.Gy
Charter:
H-408 Eightieth (80) Street from Tatum Waterway Drive to
Collins Avenue to be paved, and where heretofore paved
to be repaved to a width of Thirty-Nine (39) feet with
a bituminous wearing surface on a Ten (10) inch rock
base , and improved on both sides with concrete curb and
gutter.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,manholes
and catch basins .
As said Ftreet, Drive and Avenue are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book Forty-six (46) , Page Two (2) ,
Plat Book Eight (8 ) , Page Forty-one c41 ) , end Plat
Book Thirty-one (31 ) , Page Forty (40) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Eightieth
(80) Street is named and designated in Ordinance No.232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
he City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveysg the
•_ tspection and superintendence of the work, the Preparation of
plens and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
eation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
j.r.terest during construction, legal services, abstracts,etc.,
and any other expenses necessary and Proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
•3rnount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District H-408
and is described as follows :

All of the Lot: or Parcels of land abutting/Eightieth
(80) Street and lying between Tatum Waterway Drive and
Collins Avenue.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
' ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-408 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-408.
