SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT ,SK-195 DISTRICT SK-195
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-195 A Five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on both sides of
Carlyle Avenue from Seventy-Fifth (75) Street to
Eightieth (80) Street.
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book Eight (8) , Page Forty-One (41) ,
and Plat
Book Forty-Six (46) , Page Two (2) , of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Avenue and Streets
are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
c-tion of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-195
and is described as follows:
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on
Carlyle Avenue and lying between Seventy-Fifth
(75) Street and Eightieth (80) Street.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-l5and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SK-195•
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D. 1955
