HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4.36 DISTRICT H-436
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described Improvement is hereby
ordered to be made , the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-46 The alley between Collins Avenue and Harding Avenue from
Seventy-fifth (75th) Street to a point at or near One
Hundred Seventy-Five (175) feet south of Seventy-Fifth
(75th) Street to be paved, and where heretofore paved to
be repa,ved to a width of Twenty (20) feet with a bitumin-
ous wearing surface on an eight (8) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, manholes
and catch basins.
As said Alley, Avenues and Street are shown on Plat recorded
in Plat Book Thirty-Four (34) , Page Four (4) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Collins Avenue ,
Harding Avenue and Seventy-Fifth (75) Street are named and
designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and an Esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an Estimate of the Cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and super-
intendence of the vcork, the preparation of Plans and specifications
and Estimates, the printing and publication of Notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal services ,
abstracts etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedins and work herein provided for; ad the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such Improvement is hereby designated as District H-4�6 and is descri-
bed as follows:
All of the lots or parcels oz land abutting on the alley
between Collins Avenue and Harding Avenue and lying between
Seventy-Fifth. (75th) Street and a point at or near One Hun-
dred Seventy-Five (175) feet south of Seventy-Fifth (75th)
Street.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-436, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designa-
ted as District H-436.
