Resolution 9247 RESOLUTION NO. 9247
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is interested in the continuation of improvement of
air transportation facilities from and to the Greater Miami
Area, and
WHEREAS the interests of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, make it desirable and expedient that it be duly
represented in the matters and proceedings hereinafter identified,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Greater Miami Traffic Association be and
it is hereby authorized to represent the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, before the Civil Aeronautics Board in the proceedings
entitled : "Great Lakes-Southeast Service Case, CAB Docket
Number 2396, et al", for the said purposes, without reference
to the carrier or carriers to be certificated.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of April , 1956,
