Resolution 9261 RESOLUTION NO. 9261 WHEREAS, there is available in the "Surplus Revenues Account" of the Metered Parking System created by the provisions of Resolution No. 7127 the sum of $21,590.20, for the retirement of Parking Revenue Bonds in advance of maturity, as required by said Resolution, and WHEREAS, as of July 1, 1956 there will be in the Reserve Account of the Bond and Interest Redemption Fund of said system the sum of $165,000.00, of which sum $15,000.00 is required by the provisions of said Resolution to be expended for the redemption and retirement of said Parking Revenue Bonds in advance of maturity, and WHEREAS, there is therefore a total sum of $36,590.20 available for such redemption and retirement of said bonds, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said total sum of $36,590.20 in said "Surplus Revenues Account" and said "Reserve Account of the Bond and Interest Redemption Fund" be expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking Revenue Bonds, Series 1950, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 7127, and to the extent that said sum permits, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Miami Beach First National Bank, of Miami Beach, Florida, the Depositary designated in said Resolution, be and it is hereby authorized and directed, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 7127, to call for the redemption, and to thereafter redeem and retire such number of Parking Revenue Bonds, Series 1950, as said sum of $36,590.20 permits, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Depositary, the Miami Beach First National Bank, of Miami Beach, Florida, as sufficient evidence of the full and complete authority of said Depositary to so act in the premises .
