Resolution 9274 RESOLUTION NO. 9274 WHEREAS, the proper performance and fulfillment of the duties and responsibilities of the office of Municipal Judge heretofore did not require the Municipal Judge to devote the entirety of his time thereto, and WHEREAS, in view of the foregoing, the Municipal Judge has been heretofore authorized and permitted to actively engage in the private practice of law, and WHEREAS, the duties and responsibilities of said office have increased to such degree and extent that it is to the best interests of the City of Miami Beach that the Municipal Judge devote the entirety of his time to the performance and fulfill- ment of the duties and responsibilities of said office, and to the exclusion of the right and privilege to engage in the private practice of law, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Municipal Judge shall, commencing June 15, 1956, devote full time to the performance and fulfillment of the duties of said office, and to the exclusion of the privilege to engage in the private practice of law.
