Resolution 9350 RESOLUTION NO. 9350 WHEREAS construction of a new, enlarged and expanded Mount Sinai Hospital is now in progress, and WHEREAS, such growth and expansion requires appropriate consideration be given to the construction of such additional streets and traffic controls designed to permit an efficient and unimpeded flow of traffic entering and departing said Hospital, and its environs, and WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Engineer have evolved a proposal for such street system and traffic controls thereon, as delineated and set forth in a sketch identified and designated as "Plan A" , with which the City Council has been familiarized, and WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered said proposed plan, and has found and determined that the adoption of the principles thereof is to the best interests of the City and its inhabitants, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the principles of said plan be and the same are hereby approved and adopted as set forth in said sketch, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that appropriate action to execute the principles of said "Plan A" be instituted by the proper departments of the City with all reasonable dispatch.
