Resolution 9492 RESOLUTION NO. 9492
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it advisable to continue to arrange for a twenty-four hour
a day ambulance service for the public within the corporate limits
of the City, and
WHEREAS, Hellman Funeral Chapels, Inc., a Florida
corporation, was the best bidder on a contract for such service,
and
WHEREAS, the City AttorneyYas prepared an agreement
in conformance with the specifications for the contract for such
ambulance service with the terms of which agreement the City
Council is familiar, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best
interest of said City to enter into the said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said
agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May, A.D. 1957.
