SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-546 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the southerly curb line of Lake View
Court from a point at or near the westerly line
of Lot Four (4) Surprise Point Subdivision, to a
point at or near the westerly line of Lot One
(1) of said Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral to each fifty (50) feet of abutting
property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Court, Lots and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Forty-three
(43) , at Page Seventy-Seven (77) of the Public
Records of Dade County,Florida
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys ; the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates , the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds , interest during
construction, legal services , abstracts , etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-546, and
is described as follows :
Lots One (1) , Two (2) and Three (3) , Surprise
Point Subdivision,according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book Forty-three (43) at Page
Seventy-seven (77) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings ,assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-546, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-546.
