A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-239 DISTRICT SK-239
WHEREAS:, preliminary assessment roll has been
compietad by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvement in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of
the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter ghat a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 11:00 otclock A. M. February 17 x.960
at which time all interested persons may appear and fiie
written objections to the confirmation of said roll .
