integrated planning and improved above and below
ground streetscape to reduce instances of flooding
and improve quality of life.

•March 22, 2017 – Design/Build Contract Awarded to Ric-Man Construction
•November 2017 – Public Meeting held introducing project
•December 2017 – Project under review by City Commission
•April 2018 – Urban Land Institute conducted citywide study
•May 31, 2018 – West Avenue selected to participate in Resilience Accelerator
•June 2018 – 100RC and Columbia University meet with staff & stakeholders
•August 6, 7, & 8 – Resilience Accelerator Workshop
•September 4 – Community Meeting with WAVNA
•September 21 – Community Meeting with NOFNA
•September 26 – Sustainability & Resiliency Committee
•October 16 – Present Recommendations at City Commission Meeting
