Resolution 10749 RESOLUTION NO. 10749
WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice calling for sealed
proposals for the exclusive right to operate a beach equipment,
soft drinks, ice cream, sandwiches and sundry items concession
in Miami Beach Ocean Front Park near 46th Street, said proposals
have been duly received, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
duly found and determined that the acceptance of the proposal
of Hemor, Inc . is for the best interests of the City and its
residents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the said proposal is hereby
accepted and the City Attorney be and he is hereby directed
to prepare an appropriate agreement setting forth the speci-
fications governing the conduct and operation of said con-
cession, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of
the City.
