Resolution 11361 RESOLUTION NO. 11361
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the existing Agreement between the City of
Miami Beach and Kurt H. Pfenniger, Convention Assistant, which
Agreement expires on January 28, 1965, be and the same is hereby
renewed for a period of one (1) year commencing January 29, 1965
upon the same terms and conditions as appear in the existing
Agreement, except that the compensation shall be payable in bi-
weekly installments rather than semi-monthly, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute for and in the
name of the City the renewal agreement hereinabove described and
prepared by the City Attorney, and the appropriate financial and
disbursing officials of the City of Miami Beach be and they are
hereby directed to disburse the sums to the said Kurt H. Pfenniger
as specified and set forth in the said renewal agreement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1965.
