Resolution 11509 RESOLUTION NO. 11509
WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice calling for
sealed proposals for the exclusive right to operate a bev-
erage and beach equipment concession at the public beaches
at 29th Street and the Ocean, said proposals have been duly
received, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has duly found and determined that the acceptance of the pro-
posal of Jack King is for the best interests of the City and
its residents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY TUE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the said proposal
is hereby accepted and the City Attorney be and he is here-
by directed to prepare an appropriate agreement setting
forth the specifications governing the conduct and operation
of said concession, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and
on behalf of the City .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1965 .
