Resolution 12352 RESOLUTION NO. 12352
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach, Florida",
so as to adopt such definition of the word "area" appearing
therein, as deemed by the City Council to be necessary to effectuate
the intent of said Ordinance and to remove any latent ambiguity
presently inherent in said term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH , FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 3rd day of April , 1968,
at 1 :55 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall , Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance Director
be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
