HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-525 DISTRICT H-525
WHEREAS , on the 15th day of May, 1968, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Highway Improvement H-525, District
H-525,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the in-
cidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications
and an estimate of cost and an estimate of incidental
expenses has been filed by the City Engineer with the
City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause
to be published at least once in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating
that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on
the 5th day of June, 1968, at 10:55 A.M. ,
the City Council will hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1968.
