Resolution 11813 RESOLUTION NO. 11813 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 11788, passed and adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1966, be and it is hereby amended to read as follows : "SECTION 1. That an account, to be known and designated as "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall Labor Payroll Account", be and the same is hereby authorized to be set up as a separate account in the Mercan- tile National Bank of Miami Beach, a City depository." SECTION 2. That Section 2 of said Resolution No. 11788 be and it is hereby amended to read as follows : "SECTION 2. That all withdrawals of funds from said "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall Labor Payroll Account" shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks, designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall Labor Payroll Account" , each bearing two signatures, as follows : By Irving Ducoff, Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager or in his absence or inability to act for any reason, By Eleanor B. Baltuch, as Administrative Assistant Countersigned By R. S. Dawson, Building Superintendent or in his absence or inability to act for any reason, By Eunice B. Deckelman, Account Clerk.
