Resolution 12570 RESOLUTION NO. 12570
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, deems it to be in the best interest of
the residents and citizens of said City to provide for
the repair, installation, removal and storage of
Christmas Decorations for the Lincoln Road Mall, as
more particularly described in the agreement hereinafter
referred to, the total cost of which will be $4,430.00
of which amount the City is to pay one-half, or $2 ,215 . 00;
and
WHEREAS an agreement has been submitted by
SOUTHEASTERN DISPLAY COMPANY, INC. , for the repair and
installation, removal and storage of said Christmas
Decorations, and the City Attorney having approved
said agreement as to form; the City Council being
familiar with the terms and provisions therein set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the
Mayor and the City Clerk and Finance Director be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach,
and that the financial officers of the City be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to make the disbursements
required to be made thereunder.
