BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that the "Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 1966-
1967 for the City of Miami Beach, Florida", a true and correct
copy of which is attached to Resolution No. 11926, be and the
same is hereby amended so as to provide that the amount of the
tax levied on the taxable real and personal property located
within the Cityfor the purposes set forth in Section 1 A of
P P ( )
Resolution No. 11927 be Ten and Sixty-seven Hundredths (10.67)
Mills on the dollar of the said taxable property in the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida that said "Proposed Budget" be and the
same is hereby amended so as to provide that the anticipated
revenue to be derived from an excise tax of One (1/) percent to
be levied upon utilities shall be One Hundred Eighty Thousand
and 00/100ths ($180, 000.00) Dollars; and that the amount anti-
cipated to be derived from occupational licenses shall be
reduced by Twenty Thousand and 00/100ths ($20, 000.00) Dollars.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1966.
