Resolution 76-15029 RESOLUTION NO. 76-15029 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON MAY 19, 1976, TO CONSIDER AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1891, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH. WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, is considering the recommendation of the Planning Board that Section 16-2 of Ordinance No. 1891, being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, be amended by creating a new Zoning District, to be entitled "M-R-R (Marine Residential and Recreational District)', to permit Marine Dockage as a Conditional Use in the area described as follows: On the outlots between the west boundary of Indian Creek Drive and the east boundary of the Indian Creek waterway between 26th Street on the South and 44th Street on the North and on the outlots between the west boundary of Collins Avenue and the east boundary of Indian Creek waterway from, 44th Street on the South to outlot 23 on the North (approximately the 5500 Block of Collins Avenue) . The area is presently zoned RS-4 (Single Family Zoning District) . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing is hereby called to be held before the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at 3: 00 p.m. , on the 19th day of May, 1976, in the Council Chambers, Cypress Room, South Hall of the Miami Beach Convention Center, at which public hearing all interested parties will be heard. PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 1976 .
