A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT
OF AIR RIGHTS LEASE GRANTED BY RESOLUTION NO.
76-15086, BY AMENDING DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENTS
GRANTED THEREIN. (ELEVENTH STREET)
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 76-15086 the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach authorized the entry into of a 50-year
lease of certain air rights over and above that certain parcel of
land located 50 feet south of the southwest corner of Eleventh
Street and Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, and described
more fully in said lease, and wherein the Senior Citizens Housing
Development Corporation of Miami Beach is the lessee, and
WHEREAS, said instrument also leased and demised to said
lessee certain easements for supporting pillars and structures for
the improvement contemplated by said lease, as shown by certain
drawings designated as "drawings Al through A4" attached to and
made a part of said lease, and
WHEREAS, said lessee desires to amend the said lease by
substituting new and revised drawings "for said drawings Al through
A4" which show the addition of a stairway; changes in location and
increase in number of supporting structures; and to include addi-
tional easements for utilities, all as shown on the amended and
revised drawings, with which the City Commission has been made
familiar, and
WHEREAS, the granting of the requested changes and
extensions of easements are in accord with the purpose and intent
of said lease, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Director and the City
Manager have recommended the approval of said request and the
amendment of said lease, in accordance with said new and revised
drawings, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
finds and deems it to be in the best interests of the City and its
residents that said request of the said lessee be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY, COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said City Commission
does hereby accept and approve the said new and revised drawings
as amendments to the said lease, in accordance with the request of •
the said lessee, and that the said lease be and the same is hereby
amended and deemed to be amended accordingly, and that the said
new and revised drawings as submitted to the City Commission of
the City of Miami Beach, as prepared by William Dorsky Associates,
Architects, and properly identified by the Public Utilities Direc-
tor of the City of Miami Beach, are hereby authorized to be sub-
stituted for said "drawings Al through A4" attached to said lease
and that the said new and revised drawings be and the same are
hereby deemed to be embodied in said lease for all purposes and to
the same effect as though the same had been attached to the said
lease in the first instance;

BE IT' FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized to execute and deliver any and all
instruments deemed necessary and proper for the fulfillment of the
object, purpose and intent of this Resolution to the said lessee.
