• Historic Lodge Renovation (complete building renovation), Butterfly Garden (sidewalk,
landscaping, irrigation, lighting), water feature and center plaza renovation: $2,087,096
• Softball Field Renovation (artificial turf, drainage, dugouts, new sports lighting including
poles): $3,398,398
• Baseball Field Renovation (new fencing w/wind screen; new backstop netting on existing poles;
new pre-engineered storage shed with roll-up door, demolish existing building, new concrete pad
footings and electrical; new LED sport lights to replace existing including remote controlling,
existing poles to remain; upgrade all drinking fountains; address water intrusion in existing
electrical room, assumes roof replacement; grading and paving/repairing access paths parallel to
bullpens; new drainage system; new artificial turf and drainage; removal of existing asphalt
around stadium seating area and add new landscaping; patch stucco and repaint; renovate ticket
booth at entrance with paint, new roll-up door and counters; upgrade dugouts with new pre-
engineered units; and install new padding to poles inside and behind home plate): $4,714,506

• The GOB project also includes an item to incorporate resilient strategies. Strategies could include
solar panels for pedestrian lighting, and the use of storm water storage systems, such as CUPOLEX,
under the softball and baseball fields: $4,950,000
