Seconded by Ms. Zemo. Motion carried. 1.A. Motion to approve minutes made by Ms. Bakkum and seconded by Ms. Paz-Cohen. Vote not held. 2.Chair requested that all meetings be video recorded. No vote held. 2.Chair provided a summary on recent Commission actions regarding sales times in the MXE district. 3.Discussion led by Assistant City Attorney that the Committee cannot reverse an ordinance as attendance is determined by the presence of members for at least 70 percent of meeting. 4.Discussion was held regarding member experiences with the homeless. 5.Item not reached. New Business ► New Business ► Presentation by Office of the City Attorney – Requested by City Clerk ► Presentation of Client Experience – Ms. Ruiz 1.Assistant City Attorney Debora Turner provided a Sunshine Law refresher which included the review of the oath of civility, meeting attendance, and reasonable opportunity to be heard by members of the public. 2.Item not discussed. 3.Ms. Ruiz provided a reminder from the Office of the City Clerk regarding the submission of Financial Disclosure Forms. Police Report Officer Llamoca discussed impact of ex parte process. Police Report Homeless Services Report Item deferred. Good & Welfare Several members of the public made comments but no vote taken.
