In order to properly reflect the correct budgeted dollars and the corresponding number of treatment slots that were funded for that period, it is necessary to change and amend the original contract as described below. The original contract was for $99,912 and will now be reduced to $84,074, and the corresponding number of treatment slots will be reduced from 54 to 44 in the day care program. This ministerial retroactive action is necessary for reporting purposes for both the City of Miami Beach and Metropolitan Dade County. This action does not affect the Commission's recent decision concerning this program. ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Mayor and City Commission adopt the attached resolution retroactively approving the amended contract for Metropolitan Dade County for the Operation Re-Entry program for the period of July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980.
